    I bought 3 for my deck

    I bought 3 for my deck. They look good but the instructions and video were very bad. particularly as they had an extra connector, I assume for a light which I didn't have on my model with no identification as to what it was for which slowed down the instillation for a long time while we tried to work out what it was for. Also the don't say in the instructions that all the blades and cap need to be installed for the unit to work. The other issue is that we need 3 remotes to control all 3 fans it would be a lot more convenient if we could program just one remote as they are all in the same area and would not generally be used individually. Finally they all make a clunk noise when switched off, we can't understand why they would do this or how to fix it. All other ceiling fans just spin down slowly these seem to have a break that jolts the fan and motor when switched off.
